Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about P1·QA.
How does onboarding work?
Onboarding takes 2-4 weeks depending on your tier. We start with a kickoff call to understand your application, critical user flows, and CI/CD setup. Our SDETs then write test cases tailored to your stack, configure browser environments, and integrate agents into your pipeline. You get a dedicated onboarding engineer throughout the process.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. Start with our free QA audit — submit your URL and get a comprehensive report in 60 seconds covering bugs, performance, accessibility, and security headers. No credit card required, no login needed. If you like what you see, book a 20-minute demo to see agents in action on your app.
What if my app uses a custom framework?
Our agents are built on Playwright, which works with any web application regardless of framework — React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Next.js, Rails, Django, or even legacy jQuery apps. We also test Three.js, R3F, Babylon.js, and WebXR 3D applications. If it runs in a browser, we can test it. For API testing, we support REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSocket endpoints.
How do agents integrate with CI/CD?
We provide ready-to-use templates for GitHub Actions and GitLab CI. Agents run automatically on every push, every PR, and on a nightly schedule. We also support Jenkins, CircleCI, and Bitbucket Pipelines. Setup takes under 30 minutes — just add our config file and set one environment variable.
Do you replace our QA team?
No. We augment your team, not replace it. AI agents handle the routine, repetitive testing — regression suites, smoke tests, cross-browser checks — so your QA engineers can focus on exploratory testing, usability reviews, and edge cases that require human judgment. Most clients see their existing QA team become significantly more productive.
What happens when a test fails?
When an agent detects a failure, it automatically files a bug report with a screenshot, console logs, network trace, and step-by-step reproduction instructions. Bugs are filed directly to your issue tracker — GitHub Issues, Linear, or Jira. You also get instant Slack or email alerts with severity classification.
Can I add more agents later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your tier at any time. Moving from Starter to Professional or Enterprise is seamless — we add the new agents to your existing pipeline and configure them for your stack. No downtime, no disruption to existing tests. Downgrades are also available with 30-day notice.
Is my source code safe?
Your source code never leaves your infrastructure. Agents run inside your CI/CD pipeline — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or your own runners. We never clone, store, or access your repository directly. All communication between our dashboard and your pipeline is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
